Taiko drums are being made every day in a rich natural environment with the Seto Inland Sea right in front of you. In such an environment, each instrument is carefully crafted by Shigeru Shimada, who is both a maker and a player, and takes time to pay attention to every detail, resulting in the highest quality and tone.
shigerのRiqはとても軽量でバランスが良く、プロの奏者は勿論、初心者の方でも演奏がやり易い作りとなっています。
音は派手過ぎず、とても音抜けの良い芯の有る音色です。
Shiger's Riq is extremely lightweight and well-balanced, making it easy to play not only for professional players but also for beginners. The sound is not too flashy, and has a very clear core tone.
shigerのDofは、27cmの小径ですが高さ10cmの深胴なので見た目以上のパワーが有る抜けの良い音色です。
シンバル、ジングル、響き線が装備されているので様々な演奏が出来ます。
Shiger's Dof has a small diameter of 27cm, but has a deep body of 10cm in height, so it has more power than it looks and has a clear sound. It is equipped with cymbals, jingles, and resonating strings, so it can be used for a variety of performances.
